GUTTED AT BIRTH- GUTSLIT x STILLBIRTH- Asia Tour | 2018

GUTTED AT BIRTH can easily be passed on as one of the most ambitious tours to have ever been produced in this part of the world featuring Brutal Death Metal icons- STILLBIRTH (Germany) and GUTSLIT (India) spanning close to three weeks across 10+ countries.

Gutslit bassist, Gurdip talks about the tour, states, “The distance, flights, how not to waste days traveling and finding the right promoters and cities for the right days of the week. It’s not a joke to just book a show a day in ten different countries and not be worries about everything from flight delays to immigration issues. We are pushing our bodies to a limit where sleep is a luxury we won’t be able to afford. Forget the flights. Which we still can’t afford“. The bassist goes on to add about the tour and the hurdles faced during the process, “This final route is the 11th route that we locked in. So many changes. So many route alternatives. It was mentally and geographically challenging to make it on time in every city. Hopefully should happen while on tour too“.

Stillbirth’s Lukas says, “The biggest challenge was to find a route through Asia because most of the promoters wanted a weekend. Also, the booking of all flights and visas for this mammoth project. I still don’t know how we will manage it, to fly every day and be in time at the airport, haha“. He goes on to add about the response so far, We get a lot of responses from fans of all countries we play in. We are highly looking forward to meet all these people and party with them. Can’t wait to hit the road (or the sky) and get this thing rolling.”

The tour is set to commence in Dubai on September 21st and close on October 7th in Bangkok (Thailand).
